As for the Hilton Plaza Hotel in Hurghada, it consists of (240 apartments) of different areas and 7 floors hight. It was completed and delivered in the year 2013 at a total cost of 24 million pounds

It is a social and tourist housing located on an area of 10,000 square meters in Al-Nour subdivision in front of Omar Khayyam Village in Hurghada. It consists of (340 apartments) of different areas and 6 floors hight. It was completely completed and delivered in the year 2015 at a total cost of 34 million pounds

12 residential buildings in Hurghada were delivered and completed under the supervision of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, at a total cost of 30 million pounds
